founded and leaded by Siew Hua (Managing & Creative Director).

​How We work?

​PHASE  I

​Provide basic details of site or project brief

(Total area calculation for build up and land, design and build requirement)

​PHASE  II

​We will provide Contract together with Concept Proposal,

Work Schedules and Budget of Construction for client's confirmation.

​PHASE  III

​Upon confirmation of Consultancy or Design & Build Services,

we will provide multiple Layout Proposal and further Conceptual Proposal

for client's Final Confirmation before proceeding to Details and Constructions Drawings.

Site Constructions.
