This is one of our proud 'takeover' projects, designed to resolve a client's difficulties within a 6 month period, from re-planning the layout to increasing daylight within the space until the end of construction. The client had been facing difficulties with the original design designers and team contractors, who failed to deliver for up to three years.

The hilltop bungalows total 10,000 square feet. This was a project completely built from start to finish in CF in 18 months in 2015.

Convert the existing guest house area into a master studio with living room, bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom.

In this project, client has requested a full Design and Build services by turning the interior according to their specific usage of spaces.

Client has requested to removed existing bathtub and refurbish shower area by remaining existing WC and Basin area. Proposal of using timber like tiles to create a contrast for matching the existing wall and floor finishing at WC and Basin area.

We have managed to fully utilized a 489sq ft studio unit by fitting basic kitchen with island, living, study, sleeping area and sizeable bathroom.
