FARMCATION RESORT

This venue was completely reimagined to create a timeless space that builds appeal and interest through layered decor elements. The final result exceeded the clients’ expectations and has become a design focal point.

The owners of this space sought to retain the architecture but soften its formality. This was done through the clever use of stylish furnishings and the innovative use of form and color, which dramatically transformed the space.

In this space, a creative blend of lines and curves was layered into the existing structure and design, expertly showcasing the old while incorporating the new. The result is a place of balance and beauty, in harmony with its surroundings.

FARMHOUSE REFURBISHMENT

This project has been successfully turn the rundown farm house to a spacious and bright workspace with 4 nos staff rooms and a shared bathroom.

BEAUTY SALON

Beauty salon renovated with specific colour requirement by client's fengshui master - Red and Purple.

7-11 RETAIL

We are being tasked for renovating and achieving based on provided consultant's drawing together with technical advices and coordination from inhouse contractors team.

CONDOMINIUM

In this project, client has requested a full Design and Build services by turning the interior according to their specific usage of spaces.

OFFICE BUILDING

This architectural facade was built with light weight aluminium strips panels in wood like effect. The final result has successfully achieve the requirement from client by minimizing weight load of building materials.

CHOCOLATE FACTORY'S EXHIBITION AREA

Client's request on creating a Victorian themed interior for matching all the self collected antiques/baking tools from year 1970s.

STUDIO SHOW UNIT

We have managed to fully utilized a 489sq ft studio unit by fitting basic kitchen with island, living, study, sleeping area and sizeable bathroom.
